In short: It's more awesome!
The URL Tracker has become more modular because it has been separated into smaller packages. Each package adds one concrete feature, and it is up to you to decide which features you want to have. If you just want your usual URL Tracker, like before, you can still update to the latest version, because the main package is still your plug-and-play, all-the-basic-features pack and you won't notice any difference.

Important information when using prereleases:
ALWAYS make a backup of your application and database before installing prereleases! prereleases can still be unstable.
This prerelease supports upgrading from older versions, but IT DOES NOT SUPPORT DOWNGRADING back to the latest stable version!
