Custom Default Values for new Clients and Scopes #30

Is there a possibility to define our Default values for new Clients and Scops? We like to change the following settings for clients:

AbsoluteRefreshTokenLifetime --> 2592000
EnableLocalLogin --> False
Enable --> true
RequireConsent --> false
LogoutSessionRequired --> true
AllowAccessTokensViaBrowser --> True

and for scopes:

Enable --> True
ShowInDiscoveryDocument --> True
