Where do I start?

1. Why did you expect any of our programs to work to begin with?
2. It obviously tells you that the format is unsupported, so why don't you make a format request?
3. There are formats with the extension tga, which aren't tga. That's just a name and especially the images from ctpks do not contain tga compliant image data.
