Steam Version Stock Market "$" Value is being overridden improperly

The $ unit (seconds of highest raw CpS), in the vanilla Stock Market minigame, is intended to not be affected by golden cookie modifiers, like the x7 Frenzy buff and the building buffs. After installing the Frozen Cookies mod, this unit is being affected by those buffs. This causes the Stock Market minigame to be relatively unplayable as the prices can quickly become unaffordable.
