Adding all Mapbox content. Most has now been copy and pasted over to mapbox-content branch but there are a few things that need addressing:

IA changes

• Change the page URL to /templates to /maps
• Change the global nav to be 'Maps' instead of 'Templates'
• Remove maps section from the Data Viz page

Style changes

• Add external links (these were breaking the build so need more time)
• Style the table - not sure why this isn't working (there seems to be a global table style)
• Style links to make them clearly links

Content changes

• Create and add in link for joining mailing list - @jhenshall

About "Remove maps section from the Data Viz page" – recently this is the only part where maps can be seen. On /maps there are only texts, so until the real elaboration of /maps the Data Viz maps can remain.
The Style changes section is not quite clear also. (The external links already works fortunately.)
