[PROD] User library links for Mapbox point to same folder #2949

Under "Tileset Data" on the User Library, both the GO Countries and GO Districts 1 point to the same SharePoint folder

It's fine as the data is all in there, but just seems a little confusing to have separate links.

The role of User Library will be taken by "go-storybook" soon, that is why User Library issues are a bit in the background nowadays.
