Making a CI/CD pipeline with github actions which further helps in calculating benchmark of a specific algorithm in a specific language and thus knowing which algorithm got better performance and in which language!

@rajat-tomar the idea is to work with github workflows and make a ci/cd thing to have a benchmark of all the algorithms implemented
