This file contains the license information for the third-party libraries and
solvers included in the IDAES binary distribution: idaes-lib-<platform>.tar.gz
and idaes-solvers-<platform>.tar.gz.  In general the idaes-lib-<platform>.tar.gz
contains compiled IDAES code, while idaes-solvers-<platform>.tar.gz contains
complied third-party libraries and solvers. The idaes-petsc-<platform>.tar.gz
file contains an optional experimental AMPL solver wrapper for the PETSc solver.
The petsc binary is only available for Linux and contains PETSc and several
third-party solver libraries.
