I tested to create resource instance with module "ibm_resource_instance".
I ran a playbook with this module twice and 2 instances were created.

I think this is not idempotent.

Is there plan for support idempotently? (for example with using Terraform State file)

@hirokuda there is this: https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/ansible-collection-ibm/blob/master/examples/ibm-iks-classic-ROKS/create.yml#L11-L17
as an example. But I'm not 100% sure it works.
