The main goal of this encompass the major maintenance items of Hypha and implement practices/procedures that will reduce technical debt.

Documentation

• Documentation updates/refactor #3639

Public Site Removal

• Remove the public site from Hypha #3428

Maintenance

• Replace bleach due to depreciation #3693
• Update to Wagtail 5.2.x LTS #3674

Testing

• Investigate frameworks for E2E testing in Hypha #3714
• Implement Playwright E2E testing in Hypha #3779

Translations

• Removing all hardcoded (untranslated) strings from JavaScript #2752
• Find remaining RTL issues with styles #3759

Nice initiative!

Removing the public part of Hypha (@theskumar is pushing on this) and PRs like #3702 will put Hypha is a good place I think. Documenting the remaining things makes sure we know about and can handle them as well.
