When app has timed out, some Menu picks not re-directing to the login screen

Expected behavior:

If running the app (not using google authentication) when the app times out due in inactivity, after clicking on something, the user would see the pop-up dialog then be redirect to the login page

Actual behavior:
Clicking on any Administration menu pick is not re-directing.

Steps to reproduce:

Run app, logging in (non google auth)
Allow app to time-out
click on any Administration menu pick
Then click on Patients > you will then see the dialog and be re-directed.
