Inconsistent quantity displayed when fulfilling inventory

Under certain circumstances there is a discrepancy between the quantity available in the inventory item listed and the "Pull From" field even when there is only one location.
Steps to repoduce:

1. Create a new inventory item
2. Fulfill an inventory request from #/inventory/request/new for the newly created inventory item.
3. Attempt a secondary request for the same item and notice that the "Pull From" field's quantity has not been updated.
