So for a few weeks now I had this issue that I could take items out of and throw them back into the ME system without any problems, but crafting recipes were not shown and I also couldn't autocraft items which were still in stock, just like if I had disconnected any autocrafting from the network. Wired terminals worked without problems.
Turns out that my Wireless Access Point was missing a channel, which was taken by some change I made along the cable. Anyway, with the dimension card inside the access point I could still access items from the system, just not autocrafting. This looks like a bug to me, since a missing channel for the access point shouldn't allow any wireless access to the network. After removing the dimension card, I lost access to the network (saying "Wireless out of range" since there was no active AP on the network), when inserting the card again, I could again access all items.
Using Direwolf20 1.18, so this might be already fixed, although I didn't find any related issue or commit.
