Single full-page messages cause problems #49

If a single log message is larger than the viewport it causes problems:

page up/down get stuck on the message before the large one and the viewport won't move
single message up/down don't get stuck, but potentially skip some message content (in other words, there's no way to scroll through lines of a huge multi-line single message)
