Maximum values for split distance and distance from bottom of screen too low

Hi,

the maximum value for the split distance is 200%, which is a bit low in devices with large screens. Already a height of 70% combined with 200% split distance results in keys that are wider than they're high.

Also, the maximum value for the distance from the bottom of the screen could be increased.
