Missing diacritics when using mixed English / Esperanto keyboard

Describe the bug
The app has an option to add multilingual layouts to keyboards, and it is possible to add an Esperanto layout to an English keyboard when an Esperanto dictionary is added. However, the end result doesn't add all of the Esperanto diacritics, but only ĥ. All the other diacritics (ĉĝĵŝŭ) remain unavailable.

To Reproduce

1. Install HeliBoard.
2. In the language settings, disable "System Language" and add two layouts: English and Esperanto.
3. Download an Esperanto dictionary and add it to the app's Esperanto layout.
4. Now, in the "Multilingual typing" section of the English layout, an Esperanto option will be available.
5. This layout will use both the English and Esperanto dictionaries, but not have all of the Esperanto diacritics. Only ĥ is available upon holding the "h" key.

Expected behavior
The diacritics "ĉĝĵŝŭ" should also be added as options when holding down the "cgjsu" keys respectively.
