add a transliteration feature for amharic languge using latin alphabet to type amharic letters

using latin alphabet to type amharic letter is a very clever solution to add support for amharic because mostly ethiopians already chatting with latin alphabets also solutions implemented in gboard and others are not convinent beacouse 280 letters of amharic is not easily fit and like i bet 90 percent of ethiopians always misspell with this approach and i like helliboard so if someone make this happen is cool also i think it is easy to do it
