The numeric keypad disappears after releasing the Symbols button

When the option “press the Symbols button to call the numeric keypad” is enabled, the numeric keypad disappears - it switches back immediately after releasing the Symbols button.

Everything works fine on the previous version HeliBoard 2.2.

Thanks, this is a side effect of 6100186 (fix for #994).
Probably the check here should only care about shift state changes, and not about others.
