Expected Behavior

Installing HDT (1.6.3) via "HDT-Installer.exe" (Win 10)

Actual Behavior

Just after starting the installer (also as admin) it crashes and a pop appears:
"Hearthstone Deck Tracker not working anymore"

Can you try with 1.6.4? I'm able to install just fine on a new VM.

Just downloaded the file again, it says 1.6.4 now, but still crashes.
