Need more clarification on requirements. Assuming that a new NFT will be created with every DAO we can create welcome kit functionality as follows -

1. Deploy new NFT with owner/minter set as Moloch contract
2. Update processProposal function of Moloch contract to mint NFT to new member address
3. Listen to NFT transfer events and show notification of welcome kit to the new member
