将模板一键 Deploy 到 vercel

Features：

1. Add two buttons, which is to write a new blog and an editorial blog of the blog page.
2. Distinguish a plog menu with a tag to display travel notes.

Personal blog based on NextJS and TailwindCSS, which is rebuilt from my legacy gatsby version.

Thanks to timlrx's starter, I don't need to manage data from scratch like dealing with tags in Gatsby.
