Add language and year to Structured Data Breadcrumbs

As discussed in #810 (comment) we could improve our structured data breadcrumbs to include language and year to match the URLs which could be better for SEO - particularly when we have the 2020 edition as well.

Note these have already started appearing in SERPs:

Note Performance has the new style breadcrumbs, and CSS style has the old one.

Would expect these to roll out to rest of the chapters over next month or so as they are all re-crawled periodically.
