Clean up uneeded variables. Change to expected_fields attribute (not public var).
Switch to expected_fields attribute, not public var. Remove unneeded setToastr.
Switch expected fields to attribute of model. More flexibility in long term if we add rss feeds for more objects. Resolves bug of __construct() and the hack workaround of calling parent.
Fix the encoding routine to encode with rsskey authenticated user. Tested in real clients rss feeds.

Fix rsscontroller, staff rsscontroller, rss model and torrent controller to allow rss users to download files.
