X-Frame-Options #6

Sitecore adds X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN by default now https://sitecore.stackexchange.com/a/13531/1278 and this conflicts with this module, and the X-Frame-Options header is obsolete now https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Frame-Options so I'd vote to remove this processor from this module.
