in theory this PR is ready. its just that the vanilla and GT stone recipes are inconsistent with each other won't be able to fix it myself until my laptop is fixed |

Implementation Details
Smelting recipe for cracked bricks has been removed to keep parity with cracked stone bricks. Lmk if I should revert this
Also added cracked stone option for StoneTypeEntry, implemented smeltStone recipe, added new methods for smelting recipe helper
