Expected Behavior

Dumb nitpicky stuff, but kinda just now noticed this: The "blurb texts" (We want bender, etc) are inconsistent between singleblocks and multiblocks, being gray on SBs and white on most MBs.

Some other things i noticed while looking into above:

• The pyro oven has electric coke oven tooltipped twice (unless that's the joke ala top text bottom text memes)
• Machine Cover is missing a tooltip
• UHV+ Singleblocks do not have blurb texts
• Might be worth tooltipping that steam-mv macerators do not give byproducts?
• Item collector blurb wrong color
• air scrubber, fisher, world accelerator, item collector, buffer missing blurbs
• maintance detector, data module, charcoal pile igniter missing tooltips
• Extruder Mold (Small Gear, Long Rod, All pipe sizes) missing blurb
• Casting Mold (Small Gear, pill) missing blurb
• GCYr multis missing blurbs (could prob just grab the applicable machine's IV blurb)
• Also take a look Monifactory's Tooltips for some others.

Yeah this is dumb and nitpicky, but someone's gotta do it.
