Couldn't communicate with sysmodule

Newly installed after a reboot on 10.0.2.

Same issue here, on 10.0.4 with atmosphere 0.12.0:

• installed and rebooted
• in Tesla sysmodules overlay, nxcord shows as ON
• open client (or nxcord overlay)
• error message: "Couldn't communicate with sysmodule..."
• in Tesla sysmodules overlay, nxcord shows as OFF

So it seems that trying to start nxcord is causing the sysmodule to crash.
