If anyone can help, I want to know how to place an area inside the canvas that is dashed and I can just drag and drop an element into that area.

For example, the canvas has a size of 1290px, I want to create an area of ​​1260px with vertical dashed lines so the user knows where they can drop, so in this case it would be 30px (15 on the left side and 15 on the right side) that cannot drop elements:
