Fix file extension on gogs.png (go-gitea#35793) (go-gitea#35799)

Backport go-gitea#35793 by @silverwind

During go-gitea#35790, it was noticed
that this PNG image had the wrong file extension. I also verified
`dingtalk.ico` and that one is actually an `.ico`.
