Error while executing the code

Respected Sir,
Iam Ujjwal Verma, an engineering student of National institute of technology ,Raipur
Iam trying to implement YASS for English Languages.While Iam Executing the main Program iam getting an error
where can i find the following jar file and please tell me how to execute the code properly.
