Improve Automatic PRs Process

Context & proposal

Improve our automatic PR creation process. Currently, any PR that is created by an action doesn't trigger any other action that would be needed (For example, the PR-Check action), It is because of a limitation from Github. On this discussion, they propose different alternatives, and it seems that creating a Github-App would be the best option

Acceptance criteria

To accept this task we need to complete the following items:

• Create a Github-App (We could use the StreamPublicBot account for that)
• Install it in our Repository
• Update any Workflow that uses peter-evans/create-pull-request GH-Action
