The Luna index page (as in: the theme) is supposed to be a "feed" of the latest active topics. But at how it stands now: it isn't.

The current behavior picks the 30 most recent topic and orders them on latest post. This isn't the behavior we want, we want the latest active topics of ALL topics on the board, not just the 30 most recent posts.
