We need to choose the best piesce of text of a specific section, for doing this we wanto to use the embeddings.
We wanto to use this repo https://github.com/GenesiAI/OpenAI-API-dotnet.

The repo has a fuction that we can use to interface OpenApi embeddings

On every request the embeddings are generates. (Step: 3 cache this --> #55)
