Hii,

I read your current Research paper, it is a nice research "A comprehensive benchmark of RNA–RNA interaction prediction tools for all domains of life" I am going to develop an algorithm on RNA–RNA interaction prediction. in your paper given experimental data( 154 ) would in verifying my tool.
could you make readme file about your pipeline of wrapper scripts
