Maintainance status?

I doubt this is unmaintained, but without a response on #63 for 2 weeks and no commits for a year I'm getting a little worried.

Is this crate abandoned/unmaintained? After 90 days, I will file a RustSec unmaintained advisory if no response, as many crates are using this library including rustc.
