investigate memory leaks, memory usage
upgrade puppeteer
upgrade other things
investigate timeouts

Fundamental questions:

When are the scans completing each day?
If they take longer than 24 hours, what happens when the next batch enqueue.
What is the system memory throughout the day? Can we see when the system crashes/has to restart?
Is there a correlation between memory filling up and scan errors?

Plan of action:

roll back to reasonably good scan results
upgrade
ensure scans don't break
then, baseline and monitor memory utitilztion and runtime
work on improving scan errors/reducing timeouts. Monitor utilization and runtime while we do though.
