API-like paths for indicators #985

The previous version of this platform had paths available under /api for getting JSON-formatted metadata about the indicators. Here is an example: https://gsa.github.io/sdg-indicators-archive/api/1-1-1.json

Would we like to re-implement that in this Open SDG implementation? If so, should it be the same, or do we want to try and extend/change it?
