Challenge Still Happening?

I'm very interested in this challenge, but it doesn't look like there have been many updates since the RFF closed in early June. The one-pager indicates that the challenge is supposed to be happening right now, but I don't see anywhere in which we should find the final set of rules, the platform for submitting results, or anything of that type.

Is the challenge still ongoing or has it not started yet? If the latter, do you have an update as to when it will start? Thanks for any help you can provide!
