Cannot create new project

The 3.0 version looks great. One new feature I like is the possibility to create users. As I use the web UI as a teacher, my students have all their projects on one heap in the 2.2 version.
BUT
I was successfull in creating a new user, but I could not create a new project. I get "Cannot create new project" error message.
What shell I do to succeed? Thanx.

@bcicel please can you post some screenshots? do you mean you cannot create projects with your newly created user?

I'm on 3.0.0rc2 and I was able to create a new project using the web-ui using the default user admin.
I tried also to create a simple test standard user (not admin) and also I was able to create a new project.
