It's because in requirements.txt:
requirements.txt
-e git+https://github.com/OpenDataServices/lib-cove-web-2.git#egg=libcoveweb2
Should change to
-e git+https://github.com/OpenDataServices/lib-fjord-web.git#egg=libcoveweb2
But then, package names and other things will have to change.
Ideally, we would switch back to a released version of libcoveweb2 - that's stable, and no code changes should be needed.
