Configure IWD when using NetworkManager with IWD

Some user have replaced wpa_supplicant by IWD. In this case, CAT should configure IWD.

• Defect - CAT should add the IWD configuration (
• Defect - When configuring IWD with EAP-MSCHAP2, the certificate must be in a IWD accessible directory (https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/568247/cant-connect-to-eduroam-with-iwd)

Since we never supported IWD in the past, this is more a feature request than a defect. Assigning it to @twoln for further thoughts about doability.

Actually we do have python class for iid configuration it just is not connected to the main part of the script, therefore adding this support should be relatively easy.
