Option to have the expand/collapse button at the top of the screen

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There isn't a problem per se but it would be nice to have the option to have the expand/collapse button at the top of the screen

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice to have an attribute that can set whether the expand/collapse button shows at the bottom of the screen (current design) or to have it show at the top of the screen.
