The gear icon is kind of ugly, and it doesn't match the other three

To elaborate on this, the other three are all sort of simple, rounded, and flat, and the gear icon isn't. It's also high relative to the tutorials icon.

One suggestion is to remove the smaller gear, and maybe change to another color. If that's not feasible, maybe something like this https://thenounproject.com/search/?q=gears&i=492666.
