PuTTY release 0.71

PuTTY 0.71 is released with a number of security fixes found by an EU-funded bug bounty programme.

The known vulnerabilities in this release are:

vuln-chm-hijack
vuln-fd-set-overflow
vuln-rng-reuse
vuln-rsa-kex-integer-overflow
vuln-terminal-dos-combining-chars
vuln-terminal-dos-combining-chars-double-width-gtk
vuln-terminal-dos-one-column-cjk

I guess since most of them will affect PuTTYTray it is time to finally stop using it, right?
