What protocol are you trying to connect to "ASG-RemoteDesktop"? I've never heard of this product. PuTTYTray does not have any customisations in sending usernames and passwords for SSH, so this is almost certainly an upstream issue. |

Sorry im unsure if this is a ASG-RemoteDesktop feature or not, but it is possible to login with username and password but it seems PuTTYTray does send something since it gives access denied.
