Option to have Ctrl+minimize cause a minimization to system tray

First of all, thank you for PuTTYTray, I use it for most of my waking hours everyday and it's truly the undisputed best PuTTY there ever was. So thank you for your great work.

Using AutoHotKey I summon windows using the ctrl-key + regular-key. This works fine for other apps, as you can imagine, but for PuTTYTray it minimizes to the system tray, meaning I don't get the much larger flashing taskbar icon as a visual bell (compared to the tiny system tray blinking). Adding a setting for "ctrl+minimize to system tray" to make it optional would really be great and much appreciated.
