Not loading default setting from file on startup

I run PuTTYTray from dropbox, and use "Sessions from file" to store all my settings.

When I start up PuTTYTray with no settings in the registry it doesn't load the settings from the default settings file.
The settings are as if no settings file had been available.

Also when I load the "Default Settings" from file manually, it changes to "Sessions from registry", even though I change it back and saves to the "Default Settings" it does the same next time I load it.
