Description

Updated the documentation and README.

  • Refactored the action space and observation space from the "Python Usage" page.
  • Added some missing details.

Looks great to me, the only thing that I noticed is on the PyPI repo, if we know what we want it to be called then we should claim it with a dummy setup just in case
