DAMAGECOUNT, DEATHCOUNT, HITCOUNT are not reset to zero on game.new_episode() #399

  • Values of certain variables (DEATHCOUNT, DEATHCOUNT, HITCOUNT) are not reset to 0 on the episode boundary. They keep growing as the agent plays an episode after episode.
  • ViZDoom version you are using: latest version from master
  • information about your OS platform, distribution and environment: Python 3.7, Ubuntu 18.04
  • additional information: other variables (like FRAGCOUNT & KILLCOUNT) are processed correctly. Looking at the code in viz_game.cpp, they are indeed handled differently than the ones mentioned above.
