A table for target boost when using e85.

Would it be a linear blend? Maybe adds X boost when you meet a minimum ethanol content? Something else?

Technically can be variable boost for anything using the same method as the multi dimensional mapping.
Small multiplier table and a small bias table.

Might be a good solution to add one or two blend tables to each open and closed loop boost.
